I was also doing an attempted upgrade yesterday. It won't recognize my license and the company won't help. I just attempted a update and it worked fine - I wrote Bentley two weeks ago to tell them what a poor manual.
Compared to my Kubota and my GM manuals this Bentley is not very good. Kubota and GM all tell you size and pitch. Specs are in more detail tolerance and such. I was polite in this letter and never got a reply which tells me they know it is poor compared to others. I have heard that the paper is better. Not sure why they should be the same just one electronic. There's no way that the paper one is better. Any lack of detail isn't Bentley's fault; they work with what they get from VW. Size and pitch?
