Ipconfig the system cannot find the file specified




















I am unable to PM, since I am a new user. So I am posting here. And it works fine. I cannot seem to get the following to work. Don't see where I am going wrong. The error appears, to me, to be stating that the command is trying to run either as a batch job or service or maybe both, I'm a little fuzzy in this area and that's why it's being blocked. I have a user account I created specifically for running batch jobs and scheduled tasks and found I had to add the account to both of those GPO areas.
