Like I said in my first post, I tried disabling my antivirus software and then uninstalled it completely, and then searched around the internet for fixes including cleaning my registry. I don't have any peripherals physically connected, aside from a Microsoft wireless mouse. After some help from another website involving some command line fixes, I still can't install Windows 10, either by using the update notification that appears on my startup tray, or by using the Media Creation Tool.
