This is not possible, because the current level of automatic image recognition does not yet enable us to distinguish the weave from different yarn colors used in the fabric. Still, ArahWeave is a great tool in decomposition; you can enter data as you decompose the fabric, and verify it on the fly.
You will be able to enter the data both as number of threads and as length in millimeters. The simulation view also enables you to match fabric against screen fabric simulation, since they should be of the same size if data was entered correctly. The majority of the readers of this manual will only be interested in the dobby capability of ArahWeave, since they greatly outnumber jacquard weavers.
The chapters or sections, which are useful almost exclusively to jacquard or dobby weavers, will be marked by word jacquard or dobby in the title. We want to avoid confusion of readers with additional information, which they do not need. And finally, we must tell you what the logic behind the organization of this manual is.
